Your contacts can be assigned to a specific button within the app . . . separated by company, department, or all together. When displaying contacts you have the choice between a grid view or list view of names. Visitors can also search for individuals in the name search box.

Home Screen

Your Home Screen let’s you show off your office logo or your preferred copy for visitors. Or you can have the app skip the home screen and simply go straight to your contact list.

Buttons

Choose the number of button choices and actions that make sense for your office. You can create multiple companies, delivery notifications or a custom message for your visitors to choose from.

Contacts

Message Sending. Receptionist sends a text message and/or email to the contact.

The Receptionist App sends a text message to the contact from the visitor and the contact can respond back to the visitor through the App. An email can be received by the contact, or multiple contacts, as well.

Message forwarding. Not around? Set a back up contact.

The app will forward the visitor’s message to another contact or contacts if there is no response in 30 seconds.

Package Delivery. Never miss a package again.

Your delivery people will be prompted to identify what company they are with and choose from series of messages that will be sent directly to the person (or people) responsible for handling deliveries.
